Returns procedure and conditions:

·        Any item that does not meet your requirements may be returned to us within 10 days.

·        Full credit can only be given on items returned to us in a saleable condition.

·        We recommend that care be taken when re-packaging the items, as we cannot credit you for goods that get damaged in transit back to us.

·        We recommend you obtain a proof of posting certificate for any goods you return.  Please note, however, that proof of posting does not mean proof of delivery.

·        Please note that we do not pay return postage.
